Jemile has run and operated as a cricket Coach in Hertfordshire and London for over 5 years and has been a cricket coach to over 2000 children and adults helping them and improve their cricket. He is a specialist batting coach and coaches cricketers and coaches alike. He has also been involved in coaching for Hertfordshire, Surrey and was included in a tour party of coaches to Australia to implement high qulaity batting training for advanced cricketers.

The Cricket School is a Professional Cricket Coaching organisation using highly qualified ECB experts to help players and coaches improve their techniques more effectively, allowing them to graduate to an academy.

Coaching is led by Jemile Al-Darraji, a former player with Surrey Cricket Club ; he is considered the best cricket coach by many who have used and hired his skills. He has also implemented numerous programs for numerous counties across the UK
