Jemile has run and operated his cricket school in hertfordshire and london for over 5 years and has taught over 2000 children and adults how to play and improve their cricket. He is a specialist batting coach and coaches cricketers and coaches alike. He has also been involved in coaching for hertfordshire, Surrey and was included in a tour party of coaches to Australia to implement high qulaity batting training for advanced cricketers.

The Cricket School is a Professional coaching organisation using highly qualified ECB experts to help players and coaches improve their techniques more effectively, allowing them to graduate to an academy.

The School is led by Jemile Al-Darraji, a former player with Surrey Cricket Club ; he is considered the best coaches by many who have used and hired his skills. He has also implemented programs for numerous counties across the UK
